Retrofitting
A large variety of injection molding nozzles are offered as individual units, or fully assembled in hot half packages.Options such as direct gate, full body, topless, sprue type, hot edge gate and extended tip designs are available. MDi will customize any nozzle type to retrofit existing molds.
Custom Manifolds
- One-piece solid manifold
- Custom designed flow channels provides optimurn flow conditions throughout manifold ensuring balance and faster color changes
- Replaceable heating elements on both sides of manifold are covered with aluminum reflector plates, reducing heat radiation

Temperature Controllers
MDi supplies alarge variety of modular temperature controllers for all types of hot runner molds. All modules are microprocessor based and have self-tuning temperature ability, heater conditioning systems,power control systems, built-in diagnostics, automatic power hold (if T/C breaks), self-regulating manual power and global power supply voltages.
Equatemp® Internally Heated Machine Nozzles
Exclusive Equatemp molding machine nozzle heaters are internally encapsulated, similar to MDi’s hot runner system nozzles. They will resist burning out and, unlike competing nozzles, they will not require messy heater changes.
